I called and requested that they check the steering on my car. They said they would work me in to trouble shoot it to see what was wrong. I took it in the next morning and they put it on the lift and within 5 minutes found the problem. Since it wasnt an emergency, they scheduled me in to repair the problem. My car drives like new! I am thrilled with their professionalism and knowledge. I will use Tuffy from now on.

During a routine oil change, the service tech pointed out I had tires developing dry rot. I was very thankful as safety on the roads is a priority for me and to assure my family is safe. I set up a new appointment and Tuffy installed 4 new tires at a reasonable cost. The service techs and manager are very knowledgeable and friendly.
